We visited your showroom in Chelmsford recently, spent time with your manager, Jason Barton, who explained the different options and helped us to make our choices (giving us plenty of time beyond your normal opening hours to get comfortable with the decision). We made an order that evening and paid for it the next day. To our delight, the order was delivered today, unwrapped, placed in position and checked by your delivery team who could not have been more courteous. From first contact to final departure of the delivery drivers, the customer care, communication and service has been excellent. This quality of service is rare and you should feel very proud that Westminster set such a fantastic standard.

After 8 weeks use since date of purchase, my Westminster garden furniture is literally falling apart. They cannot be repaired, as they are manufactured in mainland Europe and Westminster say this has proved too expensive. There answer was to first offer me 50% off new furniture, which they increased to 70% when I said it was unacceptable, why should I pay more money....I have already spent thousands!!!!!. Now they are refusing to take further responsibility!!!! Avoid this company!!!!!! Pics are of 1 of the 16 I have (plus I have 2 loungers and 2 large round dining tables)

What a decent bunch! I've had a Westminster outdoor patio set for 16 years and its stood up to the abuse of our rotten weather and my dunken pals. My canopy gave up the ghost after 16 years but these guys managed to find me a replacement. Howzat! Buy once buy right!
