Wonderful place, if you want peace of mind in early pregnancy this is the place to go. So friendly and welcoming and amazingly accommodating. My wife and I were worried about our baby so we went to them and fortunately everything is okay but they were amazing. Highly recommended

I had a scan booked in at Ultrasound Direct and the two ladies there were lovely! I’m not sure if they could tell how nervous I was or if it was general practice for them to be so caring! The lady who scanned talked me through everything and asked if I had any questions. They didn’t rush through anything and we’re just generally helpful.

Had an early scan 4 months ago and was great however this time for our 4d scan it was no where near the expected service. Whilst I do appreciate staff come first and I hope the medical emergency is all ok and was not a poor excuse for lack of staff or some other lame reason. However the head office could have contacted customers as soon as they knew to cancel appointments - this was unacceptable and extremely disappointed. It was clear from calling the head office that they were unaware of the situation so we there was a clear breakdown of communication and left us extremely disappointed. My wife was left upset and our family had booked time off to come. If we’d cancelled on the day we’d have had to have paid but yet they no show on the day. Would never purchase again and even the call centre member whilst trying to help could have done better. Expecting full refund and believe they should apologise to my wife for the unnecessary upset and distress caused on what should have been a happy day. You’re better off going elsewhere.
