A terrible visit! This is the second time I have been to this Turtle Bay and it seems like the place is hit or miss. Firstly we book a 2 tables for 15 people as that was the size of our party. Two days before the booking we went in to double check that it was confirmed and they said yes. So sweet we all ready and set to go. On the day we turn up and they lost our booking, oh here we go! So they find us one table that can seat 7 people and asked us to sit down only 7, while they find and sort out a table, no worries, they say we can squeeze in 8 at this table, after an hour and not ordering any food and standing without a chair at the table, after asking many times for one. My friend just took one for the table next to us after the other guests left. Our other 7 guests had the opportunity to sit down to eat but only outside in the smoking area while it was raining . They left and went to five guys and had sat and eaten before we had order our food. When the food arrived didn't look like they had tried there best to impress us after poor service we had received. Burnt burger buns is just not on really and no one seem to thoroughly enjoy there food. Only saving grace from the whole evening was our waitress and she was amazing. I did manage to give us 20% off and a free round of drinks to make up for everything but really and truly that just wasn't enough party of 15 the paid a lot of money and they missed out on that due to poor booking management. Sort it out!

Really enjoyed this meal. The food was tasty, hot (temperature) and interesting. Especially enjoyed my Salmon as part of the Fish Fry and the Squid (starter). Presentation was great and speed of service was also good. The service was ok, could have been a little bit more attentive. The atmosphere is really cool. Music is loud, but nice for the style of restaurant.
I celebrated my graduation earlier this evening in this excellent restaurant. Well it was a awesome evening and the venue was no doubt the reason for this outstanding event. The waiters collaborated in a lovely way, the cooking was tasty and my buddies were extremely joyful. We shall absolutely visit again for more celebrations. thanks very much.

The crew helped in a gorgeous style, the food was tasty and my friends were very pleased. We shall no dout return for more events. thanks very much.
The staff was really good. They knew all the ingredients in their food. They were kind courteous. They were backed up by a chef that delivered dishes promptly. Delicious well presented dishes. All the cutlery was clean and the glasses didn't have stains on them. It was a wonderful dining experience.
