Friendless, helpfulness, easy to find and park
Thomsons are very helpful and knowledgeable and offered me excellent guidance on tv cabling. They're not the cheapest, but I encourage local residents to use Thomsons and in the process support a long established local business.
My 90 year old mother called Thomsons out as her television wasn't working. This entailed a 5 minute drive up the road. The engineer quickly ascertained that a cable had come out of the wall and put it back in. The visit was 5 minutes in total and my mother was charged 49.50. I understand that Mr Thomson has a business to run but empathy and consideration for a frail and elderly lady is obviously a very low priority. I will not be using or recommending Thomsons again.
