Rude behavior and bad attitude by a girl who works there called Nadia. Nadia seemed/appeared to think she was above everyone else, abrupt and argumentative, due to this behaviour it resulted in me walking out for the lack of respect I was shown. First of all the clinic was hard to find, the sign is hidden behind trees, no parking! Entrance to the building looked dirty, steps covered with cardboard, not an easy access. No one introduces themselves, I was never asked or shown the way to sit down. I was given lots of forms to fill in which were time consuming, could've been done before the consultation, which Nadia insisted and argued they were sent to me. .

I can not recommend Harley medical enough. I’ve been going to the one in Chelmsford and from my first appointment I’ve felt confident and happy. They’re amazing
I was recommended to go to The Harley Medical group by a friend who had recently booked a breast reduction. I was looking to have a breast augmentation and Harley Medical group was the last company I had booked for a consultation. I was so pleased with my consultation here that I booked all my consultations and surgery date on my first initial consultation! The staff were so lovely and explained everything in so much detail that I didn't need to ask any of my questions at the end. I went to the Highgate hospital which was lovely, very clean, was quiet through the night and a pleasant place to stay. I needed to call the nurse a couple of times throughout the night and she was there within seconds and extremely friendly and helpful. The aftercare from Harley Medical has been amazing and I am so happy with the outcome of everything! I would highly recommend to everyone. Thank you.
Really great and friendly staff who don't make you feel embarrassed. If you've been thinking about having any treatments I highly recommend you book a free consultation and just see what's possible.
The stuff of nightmares - I have received better customer service at Mc Donald’s then Harley medical Chelmsford. Let’s begin with the location, it’s a little difficult to find for someone who’s going there the first time, being in a very discreet location. Secondly the car park barely fits 2 cars which I had to park 5 minutes away. That was the least of my worries, having arrived on time I was seen by a girl (might of been there for work experience) at the door. She took my name down and got me to sit down. I watched members off staff and other patients walking in and out for 2 hours which is when my patience ran out and I asked a member of staff when I’d be seen which she replied “I’ll check”, again staff coming in and out of the waiting area paying no attention that I’ve been waiting there for hours. At one stage I also had to open the door for a patient because all the staff seemed to of disappeared. Finally after 3-4 hours of waiting I was seen by a nurse, who was lovely and the procedure itself was painless and quick. The manager approached me and apologised and gave me a bag, and I’m not being funny, the bag contained a bottle of water and two finger tip sized moisturisers which was a complete insult. I’ll personally never be going there again and I think the staff/ managers should be replaced or re-trained.
