This is a vast area. Yet there is only one entrance in and out via a roundabout. Vehicles leaving the north bound A12 use the same roundabout. There is often a build-up of traffic on the said roundabout as the traffic builds up driving southerly towards Chelmsford and traffic trying to drive around towards the north and south. This is a bottleneck. Chelmsford desperately needs a bypass on this area to avoid constant traffic jams.
