After realising that my softener had died and everything was getting clogged up , I rang through to Softflow, who were incredible from start to finish. Fantastic customer service and advice. My fitter was Covid aware, polite friendly and was also able to rearrange my under sink area to accommodate the new softener without any inconvenience. 100% happy with the product it has made a huge difference. Thank you!

Great service before,during and after installation. This company does not abandon you once you pay them! Matt was fantastic in suggesting how we can squeeze the unit into our tight space under sink. Karen is incredibly responsive and deals with queries efficiently. The soft water has left our metals all shiny and sparkling with no more limescale. No problems with the unit since installation 2 months ago. Cannot recommend this company and soft water units enough.

What an excellent service from the get go. We had our initial meeting with one of the managers and due to our new arrival being imminent, he was able to book in an installation of the new softener before our due date which really helped us to take away the stress. At the time of installation Covid hit the area quite hard and the team where very careful using the proper PPE equipment when speaking to us and installing the softener. On the main product, I am very please with how small it is and also how well it fitted into our cupboard space. the engineer was able to cut one of the shelves so that the it would fit tidily under the sink without any hassle. they were very professional and would highly recommend this company.

The installation of the soft flow unit was expertly done and everything worked well. After about 6 months we realised that we were using a relatively low amount of salt blocks. Softflow responded very quickly and after trying a few fixes, completely changed the unit free of charge. No problems at all since then. Very helpful, genuine firm to work with. Highly recommended.
