Recently booked and completed a direct access course with ProBike, having completed my CBT with them 18 months ago and couldn't be happier with the service I've received. The staff were professional, helpful and very knowledgeable whilst maintaining a sense of humour, which helps you to relax. Thanks to their advice and training, I passed my Mod 1 and am currently waiting for my Mod 2. No complaints at all and would definitely recommend if you are serious about learning to ride a bike.

Called this disrespectful company this afternoon to book a test. My cheerfulness and positivity, was suddenly sucked away, by the rude, dismissive individual, that made an attempt at answering the phone! Being my first time and not having any knowledge of the process, I posed the logical question “of what should I wear? And is it included in the day” The life sponge on the end replied “Motorcycle gear, preferably “ Wow not only rude but a comedian too, fab. I wonder if I did pass with this chap, would he give me me a pat on the head, and a lollipop, and say “you did really well for a girl” Plus, 40 to rent bike, not stated in t&cs... sly , pay the extra, and get a proper service. Will be requesting refund from group on.

Brilliant place to learn your bikes. Dave and Rob were absolutely fantastic instructors . Friendly, polite, patient , encouraging. Will refer them to all my friends. Will go back to them for my full license training.
