Dear Harry and Paul (The Vet) We want to thank you both from the bottom of our hearts for your caring, compassionate and extremely efficient service. You made both Jackson and our final hours together very peaceful. Knowing he was getting the care and dignified cremation he deserved meant so much to us all. I would not hesitate to recommend either of your services. At such a traumatic time you made such a difference and we will be ever grateful to you Harry and Paul. xx

A Week Ago 16-01-2021. We had our beloved dog Diesel put to rest at home the vet was lovely we was able to sit and talk to Diesel until he finally went to sleep such a sad time. He was such a lovely boy and we miss him so much. Harry collected him for his cremation everything was arranged lovely for such a sad day. We had a casket made for Diesel with his paw print on it plus wording it was made lovely. We want to say Tnank You to you Harry the Vet and the Team. Sandra & Larry xx.

Saying goodbye to our perfect boy Larry was completely overwhelming but there was comfort in being able to take him to phoenix crematorium ourself the morning after his passing and bringing him home with us that same day. We were invited to spend some final moments with him in this peaceful little room and weren't rushed at any point. The whole process took a little over an hour and during that time we were able to just be still and look out at the beautiful scenery. Everything was handled with great care and respect. Nothing can actually take away from the pain that we feel for the loss of our beautiful boy, but not having to leave him for any real length of time before bringing him back home meant everything to us. Thank you x

A very sincere thank you for your service after we lost our Cat, Romeo. It was such a comfort to know he was in good hands. Everything was done efficiently and respectfully. It made a difficult time much easier.
