Having been to Lathcoats many times over the past 30 years I can say with some clarity that this business is really fabulous. So much to see and do for children especially on their annual \Apple Day\. There is a quality cafe and a farm type shop. When I was there recently to buy pumpkins we received the best customer service. Going the extra mile. Highly recommended.
This place has everything, nice surroundings, nice staff, nice food and drink to either buy from the farm shop or coffee shop. Nice cakes, especially the chocolate and courgette cake. In certain months you can pick your own fruit. Great for kids as there are donkeys, goats and a huge pig. Parking is free. Would 100% recommend this place for families.
I love this place! It’s kept me going through lockdown so I am VERY grateful for everyone who works there and all they do! By far the BEST gluten and dairy free treats in the whole of Chelmsford! FACT! I’ve put on half a stone but its been worth it! Thank you team! See you soon xx
