Huge amount of fun for our little one who did the Tots session in the morning. Efficient staff and facilities (lockers are convenient, everything is well indicated with floor marking). Mythe trampolines themselves are fantastic and laid out in a clever way (which side ones as well). There are a number of sizes and materials plus basketball hoops to not make it boring. We had non stop fun for one hour and the whole family was tuckered out after.

I'd booked to go here online, all accepted, then found out it was shut, due to this I had to call up twice as I'd been given a credit note after I emailed, I needed a refund due to price difference. I booked again for clip and climb, all spaced out as well as it can with covid restrictions. It's a shame only one extreme climb can be open, but I've been before! Also I would suggest sanistisers on way out. Would be a 5 star, if they had not had their website shut for booking and their phone lines not indicating that the place was shut, and the website also said it was open, rather than temporarily closed.

Good morning. I took the grandchildren here for a day out. All was well. A lovely boy called Ahmed served me a fine lunch and got my complex order right. He was also really patient with me (Im 81 with hearing aids) a lovely kind tall gentleman named Daniel helped me down the stairs as my legs are frail. How convenient that your staff are so polite. Mary xx

Facilities are great and the kids love it. Temperature checks and hand sanitisers at the entrance as well as signs asking anyone over the age of 11 to wear a mask for the duration of their visit. So - why on earth don't people wear a mask?? Shame on you all. I counted 30 adults in the soft play area - 3 were wearing masks and the rest were acting as if there was no virus. God help us all - totally disrespectful, they could be carrying it and passing it to everyone else. People were clambering all over each other in the soft play without masks. Utter madness. 3 star review as no staff trying to enforce the rule. We are all in it together peoples and the selfish idiots are endangering peoples lives and jobs. Disgraceful.

Visited clip n climb at Jump Street,have visited before and is always very good, children are 11,9 and 7. Two girls and a boy, all love it. Very safe and well organised
