I have been a happy tenant here for nearly a year and this is the best serviced office I have ever experienced. The main source of the success of this building is clearly the staff on reception, who are always prepared to go above and beyond what their demanding duties already require - both Ellie & Jemima run the building with a professionalism and positivity which is extremely refreshing. I am very happy here.

After a year of calling Elizabeth House home for our office, the service from the Mantle Team has not wavered. It is a great environment to work in. The team (Ellie & Jemima), the fellow tenants and the building/facilities make it. I could not recommend working from EH more.
Been at the centre for over 6 months now and am super pleased with the services offered by Mantle and the care they take and to ensuring everything runs smoothly with our day to day running of the business, would highly recommend. Recently taken up the call answering service and it fills me with confidence knowing that a call wont go unanswered, have had the service for a couple of weeks now and I wish we had it sooner! On a side note I think Mantle and the Chelmsford centre have handled the COVID situation very well, professionally and promptly, was very pleased to see the hand sanitizers fixed to the wall and the notices reminding everyone of social distancing. Lots of positives, but to many to mention!
Been using this office for approx 2 years and I've been very pleased with the service. The centre manager (Ellie) is extremely friendly and professional, exactly what you would want from someone dealing with your clients when they call/visit. Highly recommend!
