A few days before Christmas my drainage system at my newly purchase houses broke down. In desperation I rang a number of companies blindly, hoping to get some sort of fix to tie me over the vacation period, Hallwell came up trumps. They sent a lorry out late in the day and advised me I would need a survey done. Over the Christmas break I did my due diligence and when the survey was carried out the MD, Edward called me and explained and advised as to my options. The new system recommended was duly commissioned and installed as soon as was possible after the Christmas shutdown. The work was completed to an exemplary standard, the engineers were, friendly, courteous, very helpful in explaining the work through the various stages. I trusted them with the keys to my house when I needed to be away. The work was completed on time, to schedule and price. Edward made several site visits, and like his colleagues could not do enough for me. On only several occasions in my life have I been prepared to unreservedly recommend a company. When the telephone is eventually answered and not sent through to an over-flow which is the norm you will get to speak to the delightful Edward Pawsey, an extremely rude man - my advice, don't make the call go elsewhere, Infinity Drainage I would highly recommend. He is abrupt, talks down to you and books in surveys without advising anyone. He has told me its far to dangerous for him to take calls when on site and he just hasn't got time to message me. I also specifically asked Hallwell on two occasions to perform a full inspection with camera footage but Edward decided he was doing something else. We cancelled with Edward and Hallwell, he is a very difficult person to deal with and should not be dealing with the public, he has zero customer service / communication skills. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Unreliable and non responsive. Hallwell came recommended to us and subsequently let us down on all counts.
