As a company that claims to be there when needed their response times are appalling. In terms of efficiency and customer satisfaction I would struggle to award a single digit out of 10. In our opinion competence levels are low but can only be expected when confronted with an individual who has limited professional experience.

DO NOT USE this firm. Cunningtons solicitors completely lack customer focus. On completion I did not receive the funds from my sale. A significant sum as I was just selling a property. I waited all day, as requested and still nothing. After a sleepless night wondering if I had given them the wrong bank details or my money had gone missing, I rang them. The solicitor was busy, and my issue was not important enough to interrupt her, so I accepted a call back. A secretary called back and explained that “the accounts department had forgotten to push the button”. In my view, that is incompetence, as that’s the accounts department’s job. The secretary assured me that “the accounts department were sorry”, but needless to say, the actual solicitor never found time to call or explain, as presumably she saw the issue as insignificant, or not her problem. If Cunningtons internal processes are so lax that they can forget an important step like this, and allow it go unnoticed, imagine how many other steps they can forget to complete. Edit - I’d hate for you to mislead your potential customers, but the 8th of September to the 5th of November (dates from your tracking app) is 8 weeks, not 6 weeks as you state in your response, ref my complaint, attention to detail does not appear to be Cunningtons strong point. I had spoken to Sarah about the importance of the payment, and she had assured me I had nothing to worry about, which is why I felt so aggrieved when it did not arrive.
