Anyone who comes to Chelmsford county court be careful as there is major health and safety risks and they go on to state about cleanliness yet there is dust and dirt everywhere as can be seen by pictures I have uploaded most of the dust and dirt is on ground level in line with the carpet so why couldnt they use a hoover for this? as you can see there is a cleaner who just sits in the room and does no cleaning what so ever

WARNING !! For anyone working here at the Chelmsford County Court via Recruitment agency - This place can decide to get rid of you by telling you not to come back to work without giving you ANY notices or warnings or any discussions/chat to you.......nothing sweet F.A.!! And yet you still have to give a weeks notice if you want to have time off / day(s) off (Just like permanent full time employee's at the County Court) - that's if they'll approve your request for time off ! Now remind me again exactly how does that workout then or am I missing the point here ? Surely when something works one way then it should work the other way right ? It's ONLY logical and FAIR. So yeah if you work here or about to start work here via a recruitment agency (temp) and you get an interview elsewhere in short notice (i.e. less than a weeks notice) I'll advise you to ATTEND that interview and just call the recruitment agency on the day and say you're ill or something otherwise there is a good chance you'd turned down an interview for a potentially better (permanent position job) elsewhere all for nothing !! DO NOT feel you have to turn down an interview as it's less than a weeks notice !!!! It's disgusting and nasty how this place treats staff and not giving a chance for anyone to defend themselves or put their side of the story forward !!!

I called the court today regarding orders that were made in the family court 10yrs ago with a view to getting copies of them....? I am pleased to say I was on hold for less than 3 minutes and without ref/case numbers the lovely lady on the phone trawled through 5-6 yrs of orders to find the 2 I needed. Wish I’d got her name to say a big thankyou x

Mr Beckwith I would appreciate it if you stopped mentioning my name in your posts as all of the work I do is on behalf of the local authority and I can only facilitate what the local authority says. If you have any issues or complaints regarding this then you must contact thurrock councils complaint department

As you can see this is part of my evidence in which Judge Newport did not take into consideration. This is one example of many in which the Contact Staff at Oaktree resource centre have gotten information wrong stating i was present at contact but in fact i was working how can i be in 2 places at once? how can a childs fate be down to 1 person who has not looked into all the evidence that parents have and instead look at photos and false allegations made up by the Guardian Linda Gilespie and Social worker Jeff Klein without actual evidence and only hearsay? Judge Newport states he agrees with allegations made by the Local Authority but once again i cannot stress this enough he did not look at all evidence and only look at what the Local Authority wished him to see as they all collude with each other and none of them have the childrens best interest in mind. The video attached shows a Independent Social Worker Jessica Betts shouting at me which again the judge did not want to view as evidence
