Lorraine is a lovely lady and was a pleasure to meet . Lorraine came round to cut my mum's Whippet 's claws , she spent time getting to know the dog and letting him relax in his bed. I have never seen the dog so relaxed with someone new . He hates anyone clipping his claws , but he just sat there and let Lorraine go to work on them without any fuss . A fantastic service .
Would highly recommend Lorraine . We adopted a Romanian rescue dog in November who was greatly in need of a bath but due to the fact that he was scared of everybody and everything he would growl and bark at anyone new who came near him. We explained this to many groomers that we contacted who all said they would only bath him if he was muzzled. Although we understood the reason for this we were a bit reluctant to do this as we were worried this would traumatise him even more and undo the trust we had built with him. When I explained to Lorraine what he was like she said she doubted he would need muzzling. She came to our house and spent about an hour gradually gaining his trust and he then went with her to be bathed and didn't need to be muzzled. Lorraine knew that he was scared and not vicious. The next time Lorraine came to bath him he greeted her and went off quite happily with her. Am so grateful that I found Lorraine .
