Got 40 for some lovely antique furniture. Felt physically sick when I received the cheque. Felt totally ripped off. Should have queried it but so cross with myself. Never again .

Staff are blunt and rude, I left the auction are asking a perfectly civil question to a uncouth sharp mouthed member of staff. You have been warned
Be careful I won a couple of lots that I know I didn't win??? as someone else bid higher than me?? Couldnt see the other bidders though? the other bidderb should have won? but then the higher the bid the more commission?? Spoke to a few people who said the same thing happened to them? I've never been back since.
Very disappointed in the service. Personnel collecting goods came with insufficient tissue paper and boxes. They also had no receipt book or terms and conditions to give me.I had to collect this myself. I waited a month to receive a cheque for the goods sold. I was charged for the disposal of unsold items despite that fact that I had agreed to collect any unsold items. A very unprofessional organization.
Very rude both times I visited! They lost a lot of money from me!
