Having visited the site a few times and purchased 3 cars, I can say it is generally a good source if you're in need. You should really do your homework before your arrival as it can save you time, money and avoid potential headaches. You can view all their upcoming vehicles, read the remarks, check the images and make notes where necessary. I advice all visitors to make themselves aware and knowledgeable of the Fees. The fees are unfortunately not published on their website but rather can be found in the Auction centre itself. It can really make a difference between finding a bargain, and being out of budget. Though all staff I've encountered were friendly and helpful, I can't comment on others' experience looking at other reviews. From general questions to being advised not to look at a certain car which had an Exhaust issue (which I missed), I think they do alright as I have personally been looked after. Public are allowed to bid on most cars, the exception is Motability where you can only even consider bidding if you're in the trade. As always, arrive early to find the car you're interested in and pay close attention when the car is making its way to the Hall to be auctioned, this is the only time you really get to see, hear and sometimes feel the car. At the end of the day, it's a car auction, with hundreds of cars to get through, they won't get each one spot on, and the people are only human.
