Chef Space is wonderful. I ate at Lucretia's kitchen. Did not enjoy the food. The greens were not cooked completely and lacked seasoning.

The place to be for up and coming food peeps! Go get a great meal from Lucretia's Kitchen or rent kitchen space for a special food prep mission. Inspected kitchen space can be rented for the amount of time you need. You can get a dedicated area for more permanent production. Or, rent parking/electric for your commercial food truck. I'm taking their 2020 Entreé-preneurship course to learn how to start my own food service business. My home kitchen would never pass an inspection (dogs present) and I don't want to invest in my own professional equipment at this stage. ChefSpace is perfect to get me started. They'll even hook you up with the right people to get a small business loan!
Good soul food but be prepared for a ling wait.
