Katie and the team were absolutely amazing throughout the worst time of our lives, making everything so much easier. They were compassionate, accommodating and supported me and my family with everything we wanted for our mums day, making it as special and beautiful as possible. Will be forever grateful, so happy we found them.

From when I first contacted Jonathan Alcock and Sons when my wife, who had chosen them herself, passed away it was such a relief to have this kind, family-run yet very professional company looking after the arrangements. Everyone was helpful, particularly Ryan who arranged everything so well. Nothing was too much trouble either before or after the funeral. I can't thank them enough for their help at such a difficult time.
Excellent customer service, everyone I spoke to was very kind, professional and patient. Good recommendation for florist and helped produce an excellent order of service.
I received a five star service from my first phone call. It has been a few weeks now since the funeral but the care and attention still continues from the whole team. I would definitely recommend this family business to take care of anybody else’s family.
To be honest we just picked Alcock's out of a list on Google of Funeral Directors local to Cheadle we didn't want to go with a big chain set up. I thought they did a fantastic job under difficult circumstances (covid19). Ryan was extremely helpful In driving through all the correct paperwork etc. He put us in contact with a fantastic celebrant and basically made the whole thing run like clockwork. Highly recommended
