They answered all emails with such a friendly demeanour and not once did I feel like I was being a nuisance. A completely stress free experience, ever so accommodating and reassuring. Where to start with this amazing shop! The staff there were phenomenal from the minute you walk in to when you leave. They are professional and friendly and put no pressure on throughout the process. They offer mountains of support and ideas to try and find you the perfect dress and cater to everything you are looking for as best they can. I went in one of the first weeks after the Covid lockdown lifted its restrictions a little and they have put measures in place that don’t detract from the experience in the slightest, but gives you the reassurance you are safe in their hands. Can not recommend them enough!!
Really lovely shop with something FB gorgeous for all body types! I was made to feel confident about my body shape and asked good questions about what I was after and also recommended dresses. Good sized changing area and mirror.
Very organised shop and Jen was fantastic in helping me with the fitting! The service was fantastic, I was allowed to get into the dress with or without assistance, a drink on arrival and felt at ease all the way through! Some beautiful dresses available and an outlet in the back! Thank you!
Could not recommend them more! I went to them for my very first wedding dress shopping and they made it such a wonderful experience! honestly so grateful, such a beautiful shop with a wide variety of styles and the ladies could not be more lovely, helpful and knowledgeable.
