I’ve had such a wonderful experience with Cheadle Bride. Gwen and Catrin have gone above and beyond for me and made me feel so confident and comfortable during a time I felt insecure. They answered all emails with such a friendly demeanour and not once did I feel like I was being a nuisance. A completely stress free experience, ever so accommodating and reassuring. Where to start with this amazing shop! The staff there were phenomenal from the minute you walk in to when you leave. They are professional and friendly and put no pressure on throughout the process. They offer mountains of support and ideas to try and find you the perfect dress and cater to everything you are looking for as best they can. I went in one of the first weeks after the Covid lockdown lifted its restrictions a little and they have put measures in place that don’t detract from the experience in the slightest, but gives you the reassurance you are safe in their hands. Can not recommend them enough!!

Very organised shop and Jen was fantastic in helping me with the fitting! The service was fantastic, I was allowed to get into the dress with or without assistance, a drink on arrival and felt at ease all the way through! Some beautiful dresses available and an outlet in the back! Thank you!
