We were the buyers of a property that was being sold by T Payne & Co Chatteris office and due to Covid the whole process took a lot longer than usual. All the staff were very professional and responsive when we needed them. They were always polite and friendly and most importantly understanding with the pressures we experienced with mortgage delays. We felt supported by them which was wonderful in comparison to another agent we were dealing with on a separate matter at the time too. We have to give a particular shout out to Loraine who deserves a medal for getting us to the finish line!

Sold my house through T Payne & Co. Excellent service and chased up the solicitors wonderfully. Now it is sold I will miss the expert and calm advice. Worth every penny. Taking the time to read some of the comments below I understand why T Payne & Co get there five star rating, at no time during my sale did I feel let down/confused about the process and processes involved they explained all the processes to me clearly accurately and in a professional manner. Their kindness and experience dealing with solicitors was second to none and left me feeling totally calm knowing that it was being left in such safe hands and I can only thank them for their persistence in dealing with the solicitors to achieve the aim of completing the sale.

After trying to sell my house for over sixth months through two other local agents I decided to try T. Payne. I had a sale within two months. Whilst a lot of the business of selling houses is luck there is also an extremely important element of professionalism and local knowledge.
