Very friendly. Excellent customer service. They are my go-to guys for all things gaket and hose fitting related. There may be others, but these guys are the best. They treat their customers the right way to earn trust and respect.
Chattanooga Rubber and Gasket Company, Inc has been in business in the Cherokee Boulevard area for over 40 years. I personally have known and done business with them for over 15 years. They are a very professional, knowledgeable and a trust worthy company. There seems to be a lot of negative feedback which has nothing to do with the service and products that Chattanooga Rubber provides. The negative feedback is from customers at Mike's Hole in the Wall who have had their cars towed, even when it is clearly posted as a tow-away zone. I would like to set the record straight. If you need made in the USA gaskets, hoses and specialty rubber products this is a very reputable company to use. If you want to drink at Mike's Hole in the Wall, park in his lot!
Untrustworthy liars. Take your business elsewhere. I was screwed over by 1,000. If you want to be bankrupt, choose this facility.
