After driving several used cars around town our last stop was acura of Chattanooga. We stopped in the used car department and were instantly greeted by a very nice salesperson. After all the used cars we drove we told him we were thinking about going new. Without hesitation he told us let me take you up front and find you a new car salesperson. He instantly found us someone to help us. Both salespeople were very helpful and helped us find what we wanted. The used car salesperson had our tradein looked over and priced before we even got back. After deciding what we wanted to do the new car salesperson got us the deal we were looking for and made sure we were happy. The sales manager helped us to make sure we got a good deal and a great payment. They were completely transparent in the whole process. I would highly recommend the team at acura of Chattanooga if your looking for a new or used car. Thanks Again. Also i feel Honda of Chattanooga could really learn a few things from them!!!!

I bought a used car from Acura of Chattanooga. Joey helped me and was very competent, patient and did his best to help me. I am really picky and it took me a month to decide on the car. The main reason I chose Acura was because of Joey - no pressure at all. After the sale he went above and beyond to help me with a modification update from Acura. I would highly recommend Joey & Acura. Oh and my experience with the Sales manager & the Finance Department was equally as good.

I had been searching for a car for about 2 months. There were a couple of cars I had inquired about from another site that kept leading me to Miguel. I showed up for a test drive and fell in love with her instantly. Miguel was informative and easy to talk to. Now, buying a car is a big deal for me. Miguel was patient and even encouraging as I processed through my decision. Once I said yes to my new dream I was then introduced to Michael, the business manager. Pretty sure we had the best conversation on life that I've had in a long time with a new friend. All that to say, it's not just cars with these guys. They care about their customers, their product and how they deliver and care for both. I am forever grateful for these guys. Great option to buy your next car!

Purchased a 2017 Acura MDX from Al Hatcher. Al is a top notch salesman. After looking for 1 month at multiple dealers across the southeast, I stopped at Al because he is straightforward and responsive. He’s also a super pleasant and thoughtful human. We also got the best value compared to all other options we shopped. Very happy with dealing with their service dept too as they put on roof rails for us before picking it up. Thanks Al!!
