Posting on behalf of my partner - I called today to make an appointment to have my implant removed in order to start a family. The lady I spoke to Aileen, was so so lovely, very reassuring and positive. I couldn't have asked to speak with someone better. She managed to get me a call back within the hour and I am now booked for tomorrow. Thank you so much Aileen, you are a credit to the Clover clinic!!

I was very impressed with the clover street clinic today, from initial assessment to visiting the clinic. I rang due to needing contraceptive advice and was advised a health professional would call me back. Within 1.5 hours a lovely lady called Vicki rang me. She was very professional and made me feel comfortable with the questions asked. I didnt feel judged and she put me at ease very quickly. She listened to my history and gave me very good information on my options which was explained in a way I could understand. During the consultation I was offered an appointment for the same day. On arriving at the clinic I was asked some identification questions and also covid 19 questions. On entry to the clinic I was asked to alcohol gel my hands, then wash my hands then measure my height and weight on the machine, I had to wipe the machine and then have my blood pressure taken at reception, after a 2-3 minute wait I was given my medication and left the clinic. A very helpful and friendly service. Thank you very much to all the staff at clover street x
Good Afternoon I wish to leave a review review for this clinic.. I spoke to a very helpful lovely lady. Her name is Trish.. She was patient and professional. But ultimately took away my embarrassment that I felt ringing for advice. I'm nearly 57..An menopause age. What a fantastic team you have there. She truly deserves recognition for her efforts and time spent doing her job. Management should feel blessed to have staff such as Trish doing her job. I felt so much better about a call I was scared to make.. Please take note. My daughter also had a great reaction to her call by your staff. Feel confident in the trust of the team there. I am writing this review not only to share my positive experience of the Clover street team, but for anyone concerned about visiting the HIV team here for the first time (hopefully no one else does). I have been under the care of the HIV team here for just over 2 years and whilst the nursing team has changed, I can safely say the level of care and consideration for their patients has not, it is important you are able to trust your HIV team and be open with them, I have always felt I can do this. Dr Hebron's approach is fantastic and supportive. The ongoing care and support from all involved is fantastic. The only thing I don't like is the weight and blood pressure machine in waiting area, but understand the efficiency it provides giving the clinical team more time with the patient. Thank you to all the team, from the receptionists through to Dr Hebron.
Just want to say a big thank you to everyone for the great experience! Especially my nurse Aileen who made me feel at ease from the moment I stepped into her room! Amazing service! Would recommend!
