Very happy with the level of service they provided. I would recommend them and would go to them for my next house purchase. I had no issues whatsoever, they were always happy to answer queries and follow up for me. I communicated mostly with Dallas and Kendell. Welldone guys for providing a great service.

What can I say, Dallas and his team particularly Maxinev were amazing in the most difficult times. Not only did they advise us on the best possible price for our property, but kept our buyers happy for almost a year through covid and loosing a house. Finally we completed and moved at the end of January and can't be more grateful for their constant chasing and updates. Don't be tempted to go with a cheaper option. You won't beat the customer service, knowledge and professionalism here. Thank you Amanda James you may be tempted to go for a cheaper option but

We used Dallas and the team for our recent move to our dream home. We put our house on the market right before the UK lockdown was announced in March 2020 and so the timing wasn’t ideal however Dallas was regularly in contact, keeping us updated with progress and interest during this period. When things opened back up, viewings began to flow in with feedback being sought pretty quickly. It wasn’t too long before we had an acceptable offer on the table. Due to the impact of COVID-19, the whole process took longer than we would’ve liked however none of this was the fault of R, M & J but they were very supportive throughout and the communication was fantastic, which meant we were aware of everything as things developed. We want to thank Dallas and the team for all of their efforts and professionalism throughout, from Kendall helping with the viewings to Maxine chasing up and down the chain and Dallas for his candour and perseverance. I would thoroughly recommend R, M & J to anyone who’s thinking of moving house (especially the Walderslade branch) as they are professional, courteous, communicative and extremely good value for money.
