Once again Northstar have saved the day! I've used them over the years for everything from a moving in clean, to child vomit removal and now pet blood and other stains from being very poorly and AGAIN they did an amazing professional job - in spite of my Vanish efforts scuppering them! We needed a fairly small but conspicuous worn area of our carpet on one of our stairs repaired. Having provided photos and made enquiry through North Star website, we received a rapid response with advice and quotation for repair by email. This was augmented by a phone call (from Spain!) to arrange an appointment to do the job within the week. On the day, Gary arrived and did the work without fuss and to a high standard. Friendly, helpful and professional throughout. Would not hesitate to recommend for repairs. AW

When I burnt our two day old, very expensive carpet in three places when a log popped in the log burner as I opened the door... Let's just say my wife was not best pleased with me. I found these guys on good and sent them an email and Karen called me back the next day. After providing a few details of the damage, Karen was able to give me an estime for the work and book me in for the repair. Matt turned up a few days later and did an amazing job at fixing the damage- so much so that you would not know it had been damaged- it looks as good as when it was fitted. I'll definitely been keeping their number on hand in case if any future carpet mishaps!! My wife has also now forgiven me... so all good.

When they went in the carpet needed cleaning but when they left the whole of a bedroom carpet had to be removed and a new one fit in as the carpet was ruined by North Star and their only excuse was that the carpet was old, what an awful excused they not only stained the bedroom but also the stairs and landing.
