Would be less than zero if possible. Over 5 hours of waiting only to hear someone picks up the phone and puts it down. Ridiculous. Disgusting service. Get more interaction with the machine. pointless to call. Anyone who works there should be ashamed.

This court has 1.2 stars out of 5 stars on Google Maps. That means it's only 0.2 stars away from being the lowest rated court in all of human history, in the entire world. I have been waiting in their call for almost 3 hours. I started at number 19. After 1 hour I got to 14. After 2 hours, I got to 12. After 3 hours, I got nowhere. 4 hours. 8th. 5 hours. 7th. 7 hours in call, and still nobody picked up. I have tried calling this number for WEEKS. A court is supposed to provide justice. Since it clearly is unable to provide basic communication from emails and phone calls, it is unable to provide ACCESS to justice and is therefore incapable of providing justice. The criminals across the entire jusrisdication are laughing. Your court is a disgrace and its members should be charged with obstructing the course of justice.
Currently on my 5th hour of being on hold. Have gone from 4th in the queue to 5th.. from 8th back up to 11th.. shocking even in these circumstances it is utterly ridiculous. Quite possibly the worst service I have ever experienced
Don't even deserve one star, called at 9am started off at 7th, 15 minutes later not only 7th but now 8th in queue.. if nobody is manning the phones why be open and why say our phone line are open from 9am to 5pm. You tell us to stay on the line for urgent matters but again nobody answers Absolutely ridiculous! Sort it out!
Friendly and informative 3houts waiting time to get though to be told they are sending a letter of cancellation on the day I was due on call.
