We got there a few minutes early, and ordered a couple of drinks at the bar. The bartender was friendly, and the drinks (Mukashi and Mikko cocktails) were amazing! I would go there again just for the cocktails. We got seated, and ordered the Kaiseki menu, and the 6-course menu tasted great. Every course, from the first course of 3 crudo appetizers to the last course (dessert) was awesome! The ambiance was great as well for an intimate dinner.

Enjoyed New Year’s dinner at Chateau Hanare. The food was great. The service was noteworthy. Our waiter did a great job of suggesting tasty menu items. They were packed beyond capacity but he never faltered.

I felt like I was just in Japan eating at Chateau Hanare. These photos don't even do this place justice. Little pricy, but that was expected -- absolutely incredible meal. EXCELLENT service, too. * Tempura roll * That 2nd photo is little baby squid. Very adventurous, but fantastic * Ten Pieces Sashimi * Miso cod * The salmon was too delicious and forgot to take a photo of it * So was the white asparagus * Their take on the ice cream sandwich was great * The sake menu was extensive and on-point

Truly an incredible experience. Matt our server took really good care of us and out together his personal favorite selections off the menu to help my GF and I celebrate our 4th anniversary. The bartender came over and talked to us about some of their whiskey selections as my GF and I are big Japanese whiskey fans. Yosuke the manager also put together an incredible sake menu and the flight we had was amazing. Favorite dish of the night had to be the kampachi with sesame dressing. We will most definitely be back.
