I went in today to simply by a new belt. I could not have asked for more help, or better customer service. Superb!

Just recently my daughter got married and all of the suits were hired from Chas Baker ... The fitting was much as the previous review where I was asked my waist and then pointed to the changing room ,but I was ok with this as staff were all very polite and there was another customer also trying a suit on .. what did horrify me though was that an hour before I was due to leave the hotel to walk my daughter down the isle I took my suit from the holder to start getting ready only to find that on the backs of the trousers there was just the faintest hint of a crease which stopped halfway up the leg .. and the front had the same on one leg but then two creases down the front of the other leg ... It was possibly a blessing that they had not seen a press in a year and old creases were easily removed as I got to work with one of them silly hotel irons and managed to get some sort of a presentable crease in front and back .. I cant imagine had the hotel not had a board etc .. None of the other suits looked much better so well worth checking before the day !!
Went expecting personal service and quality advice. It seemed that showing me the changing room was about the most attention I was going to get! I had to hunt them out, finding them having a private chat at the counter. Seems I’m not the only reviewer to experience this. Thank you Moss Bros for excellent customer service, oh and for getting a sale! When I’m met with poor customer service my wallet stays firmly in my pocket and Chas Baker will not be on my shopping list in future
