5min to great cathedral. interesting and weird spiral parking system! I visited on weekend and weekday and there are always enough space to park ( especially in the bottom of parking lot). to find right entrance is little bit difficult because of spiral space.

Very bad. Was travelling with my disabled mother. No disabled spaces, all spaces are the same. We drove through and went to leave as the sloped nature of the car park is not suitable for the hoist we had for the electric wheelchair she uses - it needs a level surface. That wasn't the problem, the issue was that we went to leave immediately without even stopping in the car park when we saw no spaces, but the exit barrier wanted to charge us 0.60; normally car parks don't start charging for the first ten minutes or so, or when you exit immediately, for exactly this reason. I tried to pay anyway with my tap-Visa card, and it wouldn't accept it. There was no place on the barrier to pay with coins which we also tries. It didn't accept a second Visa card either. We called the attendant who hung up on us twice. By this time a large queue was forming behind us, as we couldn't pay for our 0 minutes of parking, nor could we back up and pay at another machine because there is only a single exit and by now, four or so cars behind us. A local helped us to pay; using a second machine and inserting the Visa card because it doesn't work, but there was no notice saying so. By this time we were charged 1.00 because it took so long. A very stressful and unnecessary experience for my disabled mother on her first much anticipated visit to Chartres. Avoid.
Incredible! but, DO NOT SET google maps to Chartres Cathedral. We, and others were sent the backway, up streets so narrow we had to back out two blocks. Set Map to Chartres PARKING, this worked perfectly. Sad that giggle maps did not recognize the narrow street.
Non seulement le tarif ressemble à celui des parkings du centre de Paris, mais le pire est qu'il nous a fallu plus d'une heure pour sortir !! 150 voitures sont restées coincées de 17H30 à 19H00 sans aucune intervention efficace de la surveillance pour nous faire sortir !!! Lamentable.
plus d’une heure pour sortir du parking. Chaque automobiliste met 1 à 2 minutes pour scanner son ticket de stationnement en borne de sortie. Résultat: un premier paiement aux caisses automatiques avant d’être prendre son véhicule et un complément à payer à la sortie compte tenu de l’attente pour sortir. ... un bon moyen de Q Park pour gagner un peu plus. A éviter !
À éviter si vous êtes avec une poussette ou bien à mobilité réduite. Il y a des ascenseurs mais pas jusqu'en haut. Il reste un étage à monter par des escaliers en colimaçon. La galère !! De plus les plafonds sont bas. Quand nous avons ouvert notre coffre, il a atterri contre le plafond. Résultat, la carrosserie du coffre est abîmée. Bref, à éviter surtout pour le prix !!
Certainement l'un des parkings les pratiques. Bien que les autres soient performants dans leur configuration. De telle sorte que la Ville est bien dotée
Un poco difícil de ubicar el coche dentro, porque está hecho en dos espirales, por lo demás, todo bien: los baños están limpios y hay espacio para más de 350 coches, así que es muy probable encontrar lugar si estás en el centro de Chartres.
