I am in the process of selling my mother's home after she entered a care/nursing home and haven't sold a house for several years. Charter's, and in particular Mark Drysdale, has been thoroughly professional and indeed sensitive. Sound advice and a good sales campaign with regular progress reports has made this virtually a hands-off process. I would not hesitate to recommend Charters - they are very very good and reliable.
