I ve used Charter travel several times before and been happy, but not this time. Make sure you read your booking email closely. If you miss paying your balance before the correct date you lose your deposit. You do not get a reminder of any sorts. I have just lost my deposit and will probably not be able to go on holiday this year even if travel restrictions are lifted. Not the news I wanted to tell my family today.
