I have been a customer of Charming Beads for years. The service is excellent. Delivery usually only takes a day after order has been placed. Any queries are answered (by email) immediately. What made me start purchasing from Charming Beads was also the quality of the semi-precious stones and beads. I've tried other places and their quality never comes up to the same standard.
