My whole family uses airport auto so when I moved here from NYC I took my car straight there. They are honest, friendly, fairly priced and I had a great experience. I got a state inspection and oil change this time but will use them as my go to car repair place!

I love Airport Auto. This trip was for just a state inspection of my 22-year old Toyota Avalon. But they do all the work on my car. They’re friendly, knowledgeable, fair, reasonably priced, and they run a great shuttle service. It’s everything you could ask for. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have been using Airport Auto for many years and they know me by name. I like that they are always accommodating and helpful. I appreciate that they have a van service to take me where I need to be, while my car is being serviced. I hope that they will always keep their prices affordable. I also hope that they will keep the office/waiting area atmosphere, professional while people wait for their car. I have recommended Airport Auto to many people over the past 30 years, because of the reasons that I’ve written above.

-UPDATE-\u003e The Manager, Mr. Snead reached out to me personally and we worked out a resolution that has made me reconsider my original review. They care about their work and their reputation and I have updated my review to 5-stars. I will almost certainly return again for my vehicle repairs in the future. I was originally quoted 600.00 over the phone for a A/C condenser replacement and a Freon recharge. This seemed expensive but i'd been quoted a similar price by another mechanic in the area so I went forward with the repair. However, upon completion of the work the total cost ended up being nearly 900.00. They also replaced an air-filter without my permission and also tested the A/C system for leaks despite being told ahead of time that it was unnecessary. Nevertheless, the work that they did do so far appears to be done well. Their lack of transparency and high-cost for labor and parts has made me look elsewhere.
