Fantastic service, lovely food and drink and even better still we can bring out best four legged friend too. Can’t wait for the lockdown to lift to be able to visit again.

Very busy but staff still friendly & helpful. Wide range of food & drinks on the menu. I do recommend trying their Luxury Hot Chocolate drink. It's smooth & creamy plus topped with whipped cream & marshmallows. Very warming on a cold day. The cafe have strict Covid precautions, so be patient while they prepare a table for you. Order & pay at table. Downside is that the toilets are outside at the back.

On our way to Stratford upon Avon, we stopped to have a cuppa of coffee, when we came across Charlotte's. It was the smell of freshly baked cheese scones that lead me to a table in the courtyard. We ordered our drinks and a cheese scone, yes only one, we shared it. But we made a decision, that on our way home we will stop off at Charlotte's and this time we will have a cheese scone each. People of England Charlotte's pantry is the best for all scones especially the cheese ones.

Usually a great place to grab a bite to eat. Today however, tables appeared too close together - certainly not 2m apart. When taking orders at other tables the waitress was too close to me and to other customers. My husband and I felt uncomfortable and decided not to stay and eat and then as we were leaving an elderly couple were placed so close to another table you would think they were in the same group. We all take a risk coming out to support your business - please ensure you make us all feel safe by doing the right thing.

This one of those lovely, independent places with good food and a warm welcome. Broccoli and Stilton Quiche was as near perfect as possible. The service was friendly and not intrusive as it is in many places, unfortunately. Only two niggles, one minor, one rather more concerning. Staff not wearing face coverings whilst coming much closer than two metres and one of my contemporary dislikes, the command, 'Enjoy.'
