Wow what a find! A google search for short ribs, led me to this amazing butchers shop. The meat on display was outstanding, an old fashioned, high quality butchers, with great personal customer service. Thank you, I promise I will be back

Bought some lamb shoulder for BBQ, very good quality meat. Will call again.
Excellent quality, reasonably priced and a fantastic, personable service. They'll bend over backwards to get what you want and it's great to support a local business.
My neighbour highly recommended this butchery. I called ahead to check if they'd be able to help me with some ingredients for a broth. The gentleman on the phone was so helpful. Excellent service at the shop. Very friendly and professional team.
Couldn't ask for better quality and service. They are all so helpful and friendly. Great range of products and give you great advice on what to get and how to cook it.
