Walked in & we could smell how clean this restaurant is. Nice, especially during COVID. The team was very welcoming and seemed happy to have us visit. Ordering was easy. They answered out questions and asked important questions to help ensure we had a good experience. Spice level, dietary preferences, allergies, etc. THE FOOD WAS SO SCRUMPTIOUS AND AUTHENTIC. We knew this place was good when we realized we were the only non-Indian people present. The team checked on us, ensuring we liked everything. They engaged us to learn how we heard about them and asked us to please come visit again. We cannot wait to come back. Thank you for the amazing experience, delicious food and comfortable environment. See you soon!

We are new to Charlotte area and have tried a few places. We love Zafran! Every dish here is so fresh and different from the other restaurant versions. The wait staff is so wonderful and attentive! Came here again and we will just dream about it until we can get back again!! Please try, you will be so pleasantly surprised and want to get back over for meals very often!! Platinum 5 star rating!!

Stopped by here on our way to back from Florida. We were pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious and the place was neat and clean. The service was great; my husband struck up conversation; he was super friendly and the place had a nice homey feel. Our food was nicely placed in take out boxes so it was easy to take it on the go. Taking Covid precautions seriously.
Tried their food first time when they inaugurated ..My husband wanted to try their Goat shanwari karahi and same taste again .Love their Chai. Their kabab platter is so delicious. Most importantly it's pakistani restaurant.
