Most amazing wedding cake made by Charlotte. Her flavours are amazing and we were spoilt for choice! We went for 3 different flavours chocolate, Victoria sponge and by far my favourite lemon and raspberry. Cherry blossom cakes were welcoming, easy to liaise with, especially as we are not local, and knew exactly what we wanted. The cake arrived in the day without me even knowing!! You only have to look at the picture of our wedding cake to see how beautiful it was! It was breathtaking! It looked beautiful and tasted delicious. It was a vanilla sponge with salted caramel buttercream and dark chocolate ganache. The flavours worked wonderfully together, and the sponge was so light and fluffy! The macarons were just the cherry on the top; they were divine, best I have ever tasted! Just a quick message to Charlotte - Thank you so much for your card and your kind words, that was so lovely of you. We appreciate everything that you have done for us. Thank you for helping us organize our wedding from afar, we could not have done it without you! Thank you for making our wedding day extra special by making us such a stunning cake. Cherry Blossom Cakes are the most delicious cakes me and my husband have ever tasted. We have had so many compliments on the taste of each different sponge Charlotte was able make us (the salted caramel is out of this world!). The style of the cake was perfect and brought our vision to life. It fit perfect with our colour scheme and the gold leaving effect was genious. The whole experience working with Charlotte was a pleasure and we always enjoyed visiting her beautiful shop (especially to taste her luxurious cake samples). Me and my husband are 100% happy and pleased with having Cherry Blossom Cakes make our wedding cake.

The wedding cake Charlotte created for our wedding was incredible. We received so many comments from guests that it was one of the best wedding cakes they've ever seen! She is very creative and talented and our cake not only looked great, it tasted great too. We would definitely recommend Cherry Blossom Cakes.
