Charlotte Roskill Catering

I cannot put into words how grateful I am to Charlotte and her team for a SEAMLESS job carried out on Saturday 1 August, at Plas Glansevin to celebrate the marriage of our beautiful daughter Mia Blundell, to the love of her life, Bryan Hatton. Mia and Bryan had a certain criteria which Charlotte completely understood on the initial consultation and the brief was fulfilled without fuss or miscommunication; it was flawless. The food was served piping hot, without any hassle, and to top it all was delicious! Her team were spotless, efficient, courteous and what's more smiled until the very end, which was quite late! My only problem was due to my own forgetfulness, and I have to say I am deeply ashamed; I forgot to give 'the team' a 'little something' to show my appreciation....cheque in the post Charlotte..I am sure you will know what to do with it. All I can say is 'THANK YOU'! Take care all!
