Where do I begin. Customer service with excellence. The way I received service had me feeling as if I was Iike their my family. I came all the way from Jacksonville Florida to purchase a Elmo costume,for my granddaughters 1st birthday party. From the first time I made the phone call they serve me with excellence. They even sent me home back to Jacksonville with a traveling bag. Service with a smile from the time I walked through the door. They were very courteous and had empathy n their price for the Elmo costume was affordable for my budget. Thanks n God bless you Morris Costume staff in NC you rock!
