My husband has been at Charlotte James for 1 month , his first time 24 hour nursing care He has complex diabetic needs , various heath problems , After some stays in resbite over past 3 years , in other care homes Charlotte James. Is 5. *****. welcoming , all care needs are met . From personal through to the nursing The rooms are lovely warm and homely . From laundry staff to cleaners . The handy man .kitchen staff Like all family’s it’s a worry when someone needs 24 / hour care . All the staff have made my husband so comfortable, My visits give me time to have quality time , I no longer worry My husband is getting quality care At Charlotte James
