Jerry is a nice guy but ordered my shed back in May with a 8 week ship time. STILL do not have my shed. Co-worker ordered one from Everything Amish and got it in 6 weeks delivered. I want my money back do I can go to them and get my shed. If they deliver it in 6 weeks it WILL STILL be before I would get the one I ordered from Allens. Come on man! UPDATE: 12/05/2020- two weeks later no shed and no calls from Alan's. Faith the shed is even in process is fading. UPDATE: 01/05/2021- 1 month later. Still no shed, still no contact from Allan's. Does Allan exist?

I can not say enough about Allan's Outlet!!! We are SO HAPPY with our purchase & their service! Our intent was to make a purchase that would double as both a playhouse for our kids with the ability to function as a shed long term. We talked to 4 of the leading shed companies in southern MD and no one was willing to accommodate our custom order the way Allan's was. And NO one beat his prices. Ron, in sales, was more than we could have hoped for in great customer service. Truly... he brought our vision to life. And Christmas morning was just INCREDIBLE thanks to him! Allan, himself, went above and beyond! He walked us through our structure when we came to inspect before delivery and he had even checked it for any nails or sharp ends that might be concerning around our little ones. In an age when customer service, quality & a good price is lacking greatly... Allan's Factory Outlet was a breath of fresh air!
Give up now. They are not able to deliver during the pandemic. They are already 3 months late on an order, they don’t update customers on status and if you ask for a refund they tell you pound sand. Every company has hurdles during the pandemic, and so many have found a way to shine with customer service and professionalism. This company is not among them.
Delivery went great, sales was like a used car lot. 2 years later and I'm chasing a leaky roof with no support from the seller. Got the run around on the phone about builder warranties etc.
