Dr. Wallace is great but the office support team and administrative staff is very unresponsive. It is impossible to get a hold of Dr Wallace outside of making an appointment even if you need to get a refill for a crucial seizure medication. The office hours are 8 am to 5 pm but there is no one answering a phone after 4 pm.

Dr. Wallace has been my daughter's neurologist for the last three years. She's the type of doctor that has a connection with children that I haven't seen before; it's so genuine and so pure. Dr. Wallace is a very intelligent, caring, understanding, loyal doctor. She goes above and beyond for her patients. She's been very honest and upfront about my child's diagnosis and progression. I'm proud to have her as my daughter's doctor.

I’ve dealt with many specialists over the years and HIGHLY recommend Dr. Wallace. I have 3 children who have all been treated by her, one of whom was terminally ill and has since passed away. Dr. Wallace is wonderful. She’s compassionate, caring, and treats all her patients equally. Unlike other specialists, she spoke to my terminally ill daughter instead of speaking as if she wasn’t in the room. My two boys still see her, and I have the utmost respect for her. She isn’t your typical specialist where you feel like just you are simply a patient number. She’s an actual human being who speaks with you, takes the time to listen and make sure your concerns are addressed, instead of simply running off to see her next patient as if you asking questions is an inconvenience. After dealing with dozens of specialists over the course of 22 years, Dr. Wallace definitely stands out as one of the best doctors I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

While Dr. Wallace is the best pediatric neurologist we have ever seen and we LOVE her, I would not recommend this practice. Your routine appointments are wonderful and Dr. Wallace is VERY helpful and knowledgeable. The problem is that when you need help outside of your routine appointment times, you cannot get help. They have a standard office practice that they have 2 days to call back after you call, even with an urgent problem. Then, if you don't get to speak to a medical assistant within that 2 days and have to call back, the timer starts again. In general, I found the assistance outside of appointment times VERY poor.

Dr. Wallace is compassionate and really cares about her patients. She takes the time necessary to listen to your concerns and makes you feel you are very much part of the care team.
