I was really loving this place until I had to take an item back. It was a genuine mistake on my behalf that I'd forgotten my receipt. I lived 40 mins away so couldn't go back for it. Point blank... No refund or exchange if you have no receipt. I was not happy. Maybe an exception on that occasion something could have been done. I didn't want a refund just an exchange.

It has almost everything you need for the house and garden. I like the bathroom cleaning products - (made in the Netherlands) - especially the foam mold spray, which is the best I have ever tried.
As always, charlies was easy to shop at. Staff are always polite and although they didn't have one of the parts I was looking for they gave me a number of places to get one locally. Always good service there and the prices are really good too.
A great place for everything outdoors, garden and home. Reasonable prices and well stocked most of the time. Though I have knocked off a star as they no longer sell fishing gear.
Great store , always try and visit it when in the area as live 80 miles a away. Great selection of products, different to a lot of retailers, and great prices to. Also some lines available to buy on line, staff great to. Thumbs up
