Went into Charlie chicken today with my partner at 1 clock and the guy was unbelievably rude, I was the only person in the restaurant, I said hi to the only staff member working and didn’t get a response even tho he was just sat down and then I tried to place my order and he just ignored me so I walked out. Rated 3 star as I usually love this restaurant and food is amazing.

Delicious food! You can see your food prepared in a tidy and clean kitchen by friendly staffs.
We visited today with 5 children and there wasn't a word spoken while they devoured their food. The fries was great and the wraps were the best we've ever tasted. Would highly recommend the steak wrap. The staff were really friendly and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. Top class experience.
The best food place in the earth of Bournemouth. Very delicious food and friendly staff, I would recommend this to everyone.
Pretty chilled place with plenty option and smoothies. Portion slightly small but good flavour and quality.
