I have had my hair cut quite a few times here and no problems but I booked to have my hair coloured red two months ago and after having my hair washed after the bleaching process I said it was very dry and the hairdresser agreed and put a treatment on. Although the colour was really nice my hair was ruined! I went to a different salon a week later to get advice and was told the bleach was over processed and it basically burnt my hair and she was very confused it had taken 4 hours when it should only have been 2 hours from start to finish. She advised me that under no circumstances should I have it re-bleached which it would need to maintain the red. Now 2 months on I have spent a fortune on deep conditioning treatments to try and get my hair to recover. It is not half as bad as it was but is still at the stage where I can’t put a brush through it unless it’s wet as my hair just breaks. I never expected to pay 100 to have my hair professionally coloured and have such damaged hair. I literally have done all I can as the last resort was to have it cut off. I will never go back to this salon

Don't bother, made an appointment but it seems time is an abstract concept to these people. A waste of my time why ask people to book? No apologies, no hospitality. Avoid

I got married 28th Dec '19, and booked my small wedding party of 8 into the salon to have our hair done together on the morning of the wedding. The hair prices were agreed prior to booking, but later nearer the date, a charge of 300 was added 'for exclusive use' and the agreed prices were increased, despite the fact that I was bringing 8 customers. Very untrustworthy, also was very slow to respond to communications. Hence, we took our custom elsewhere. Very unreliable, suggest try elsewhere first.
Best highlights I've ever had done. They were done by Shannon and honestly love it so much. Will definitely be returning, recommend these guys to anyone especially for those (like myself) who know basically nothing about hair, they were friendly and professional while giving me great tips on how to care for my hair after the appointment.
