Got a nice sirloin and the chef nailed it. Surprised me, steak house quality ( Charlestown location anyway) better than other 99s I've eaten at. Curbside pickup available and quick.

I had ordered lunch for my staff and had a problem with Door Dash. I called the restaurant and spoke with Rob. He went way above to help me and fix the issue. Amazing service. Thank you so much Rob you are fantastic.
Not as good as usual. Condensed menu. Food was good. Atmosphere different. No bread or rolls even if requested.
I got a Royal Sirloin at car side to go. It was tough and full of fat. I had a very hard time even cutting the steak with a very sharp steak knife. My Sister had raved about their steak, so I was very surprised how tough it was. Not sure if I will eat there again.
