Came here the other night for my sisters birthday celebration dinner and everything was Wonderful. It’s a great place to dine with or without the whole family.I really enjoyed everything. The food, the customer service, the atmosphere, the location, and the prices were very reasonable. The only cons I have about this place is there’s only two stalls in the women’s restroom which is very inconvenient and I didn’t notice any one of color working there.

Charleston is my mom's favorite restaurant so for her 91st birthday, I chose to take her there. What she didn't know is that I had my children, their significant others, their children, her niece & her son (4 generations) to all be there to surprise her. Our waiter was so wonderful!! He was pleasant, attentive & had provided great customer service. He came to me to let me know that his shift was over but he wanted to make sure that he left us wanting nothing. I asked him to please stay because I didn't want ANYONE else to get his tip for the excellent service he provided us. It was 15 of us & he handled everyone of us smoothly & seamlessly. I asked him if he had anywhere else to be & he said no except for maybe studying for school. It was at that point that I learned that he was a junior in college that happened to be the same college that my daughter-in-law graduated from years ago. I know how important it is for college students who are working because I was once that student decades ago. He stayed with us until we left & was handsomely tipped for doing so, not to mention a little overtime as well. I've always had a great time at Charleston. We've dined there 3 times just for my mom's birthday & we've always been a nice size group. It's been a great experience every time. The food never disappoints & no one had anything negative to say.
This is our second time here, and it was just as enjoyable. The pork chops were nice and juicy.
Great food and service. We ate outside on the patio. The food was so good. The portion size was enough for lunch and dinner. The manager came over to check on us which I thought was a nice gesture. I recommend the pork chops. The restaurant was very clean and perfect for social distancing.
Restaurant was very nice. Great ambience. Quite too for good conversation. Food was excellent. Service was good.
