Bought a van based on trust and was told good condition but the bodywork had 2 dents. We agreed the price of 12,600 and the dents were to be taken out. At no time was a test drive offered . When I picked the van up on Monday The 15th Feb it was raining so quickly signed for it and left. First thing I noticed was the wiper rubbers were hanging off ( so much for the Big deal Charlie Hurst pre inspection ) Other faults found which I was not informed of were 1. Trim hanging off n/s sliding door 2 . Rear n/s door dented leaking water 3 . o/s middle panel paint broke 4 . Wing mirror casing cracked. 5 . Broken hub cap 6 . Only one key 7 . Not a straight panel on the inside in the back I asked for the faults to be fixed but Hurst would not fix them all so I have returned the van. No refund as waiting on V5c, Lost a tank of fuel and the cost of changing my insurance. If the correct condition of the van was described then I would have been fully aware of what I was buying. In the 32 years of buying vans this has been my worst experience and I would advise anyone thinking of buying from Hurst to go elsewhere.

what can i say just a total nightmare bought van ,march 16 for 12000 had nothing but problems from start to finish sold with faulty pump took 2mths sold with no mot put trew mot after 3 mths of waiting and arguing send back to me with old parts... now engine and gearbox gone on vehicle told the van was perfect when sold to me ???? if you like driving rental vans this company is great but be careful they also charge for that

Came in on Saturday 25th of January and was met by a guy in a suit moving vans on the forecourt which is not what I expected for a van dealer. Really nice guy and clearly enjoyed what he did. Tried to get me into the showroom to chat but I was only looking. Was Made to feel really at ease and looked at a couple of vans outside and the guy Keith I think seemed to know a fair bit about the vans. At no point did I feel pressured or uncomfortable. Even though I did not buy a van when I need to change I will definitely go back to the van centre
